Dina E. Holcomb, Esq. is the owner of Holcomb Law Office. Ms. Holcomb has been exclusively representing employers in New Mexico for over thirty-six (36) years. Ms. Holcomb has focused her career and law studies in the area of public and private sector labor and employment law. Ms. Holcomb’s experience includes representing various cities, counties, school districts, universities, colleges, and private companies throughout New Mexico in collective bargaining, grievance actions, prohibited practice charges, EEOC/HRB claims, wage and hour claims, unemployment compensation claims, Department of Justice claims, and a range of labor relations and employment matters. Ms. Holcomb has served as Lead Negotiator on countless negotiating teams and has negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements. She has drafted ordinances and resolutions for collective bargaining for various cities, counties, school districts, and universities throughout the state. She has drafted policies, rules, and regulations including, but not limited to, personnel policies, employment handbooks, and standard operating procedures. Ms. Holcomb has conducted compensation and classification studies. Ms. Holcomb often serves as a speaker at national conventions and local conferences, as well as conducts a wide range of training for employers, elected officials, and employees.
Ms. Holcomb is a graduate of the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and the University of New Mexico School of Law with a focus on labor and employment law. Ms. Holcomb is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the New Mexico Bar and a member of the National Public Employers Labor Relations Association. Ms. Holcomb also serves on the Board for the Rocky Mountain Public Employers Labor Relations Association as its current President.
